Broken Teeth

My teeth have been breaking off for about a year. I've always had very nice teeth until I had a crown about ten years ago.  It wasn't seated properly apparently (probably not the correct terminology, but you get the picture), and the underlying tooth rotted so the crown fell out and the root had to be removed.  Since then, I have broken four other teeth.  I suspect my Sonic toothbrush and have quit using it in favor of an Oral B electric toothbrush, but the damage is done.  I need a bridge where the tooth is missing and repairs (probably crowns) on the broken teeth.  I'm on Social Security Disability (age 60) and recently had my neck broken in a car accident.  My neck is fused from C2-T3 with rods and plates.  I don't know what to do about these teeth - I know that tooth decay can contribute to heart problems, and I've had all the health issues I ever need to deal with!  Please let me know if you can help.
